Managing Form Pages

Each Form Page includes a title and body text, which you can customise.

Adding Questions to a Form Page

Click ‘+ Add a new field’ to include a question. You can choose from the following field types:

• Text – A single-line text box (e.g., for names).

• Textbox – A larger text box for longer responses.

• Email – Specifically formatted for email addresses.

• Dropdown – Allows users to select one option from a list.

• Checkbox – Allows users to select multiple options.

For all question fields, you can set:

• Title (mandatory)

• Sub-title (optional, for additional context)
