Understanding the Project Status

In Account → Project Admin, Recordr Projects are categorised into three statuses:

1. Unpublished

• The project is not live and cannot accept submissions.

• However, you can still test the link in a browser.

2. Live

• The project is active, and participant submissions/videos will appear in the portal.

3. Closed

• The project is no longer accessible.

• The link redirects users to the Closed Page, preventing new submissions.
