The system will retrieve then zip the videos, which may take a few minutes.
When ready, the Download button will appear in Admin → Downloads.
You’ll receive a notification in the portal (bell icon, bottom of the screen, next to your profile name).
Video files are encoded into MP4 for ease of use and ready for editing.
