Go to the specific video page for the video you want to download.
Click the Download button at the top of the page.
A download link will be generated and appear on this page, as well as in Admin → Downloads.
You can share the generated URL with users who don’t have access to your client portal.
To download directly from the video player, click the three dots in the bottom right corner and select Download.
